  17. As announced here a week ago, the cryptographic version of Kermit 95 can
  18. now be exported to all but a few countries.  Until today, however, there
  19. was no way for those who had the non-cryptographic version of K95 2.0 to
  20. upgrade it to the cryptographic version.  Just follow the regular link
  21. ("The Cryptographic Version") from here:

  25. and then you can choose between upgrading from K95 1.1.xx to the
  26. cryptographic version of K95 2.0 (which you could do before) and upgrading
  27. >from  the noncryptographic version of K95 2.0 to the cryptographic version
